Part of the “Pure” Series, this original painting was inspired by the scripture in Matthew 5:8, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God”. This painting has whites, creams and gold, with a touch of light blue gold and silver leaf for added dimension. The surface has a highly textured quality from the many layers of paint and leaf built up.
